The HAI Aviation Reporting Program (HARP) is a free aviation safety reporting portal developed to enable prompt collection and accurate routing of aviation safety reports submitted by manned and unmanned rotary-wing operators.

The HARP allows users to rapidly select the most appropriate reporting method for Accidents, Drone issues, Near Midair Collisions, Laser Events, Wildlife Strikes, or other aviation hazards.

The HARP is not a substitute for an effective internal safety reporting or Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP).
